We are happy to be together again!  Here is what to expect:

Masks are not required but they are welcome for anyone who wants extra protection! Please be safe and considerate of other guests who may be present during your stay.

Breakfast is available only for Ohio Light Opera Season and by special request. Rates have been changed to reflect this. Please support some of our great local establishments! Guests are also welcome to bring food from home or get take-out to enjoy at the INN. 

All reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled with 100% refunds at anytime, if your plans should need to change for any reason.

More about your stay...

Parking is available on the even side of the street, in front of the INN, there is always plenty available. Please do NOT block or park in the neighbors' driveways.

Guests are welcome to check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out anytime before 11:00 am. 

Early/late arrivals/departures will be accommodated whenever possible, please communicate the needs of your trip in advance.

Innkeepers do not live on site, but are just down the road if you need anything at anytime!

 

There is a keyless entry at the front door.  Guests will be provided with the code prior to check in.

Guests may use the fridge/freezer, dishes, and microwave in the kitchen.  Please let us know if you would like to do additional cooking.

Innkeepers do not enter rooms unless it is requested by guests. Please get in touch if you need any items, or service, during your stay. (Cleanings will be scheduled in advance for longer stays.)

Use of laundry facilities available upon request.

Sorry, the Black Squirrel is NOT handicap accessible. We will make every effort to accommodate everyone.  If you have special issues, please call/email to discuss.

Traveling with small children or pets?? The inn is filled with lots of old furniture and antiques which may not be appropriate for everyone!  Please call/email to discuss your group’s needs.
