Here is what to expect:
Parking is available on the even side of the street, in front of the INN, there is always plenty available. Please do NOT block or park in the neighbors' driveways.
Guests are welcome to check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out anytime before 11:00 am.
Early/late arrivals/departures will be accommodated whenever possible, please communicate the needs of your trip in advance.
Innkeepers do not live on site, but are just down the road if you need anything at anytime!
There is a keyless entry at the front door. Guests will be provided with the code prior to check in.
We no longer offer breakfasts at the INN but encourage guests to check out some of the great local establishments! The downtown area is a 15 min walk or a 2 min drive with easy parking.
Guests are also welcome to bring food from home or get take-out to enjoy at the INN. Feel free to use dishes, fridge, and microwave in the kitchen. Please let us know if you would like to do additional cooking...the stove is old and can be tricky!
Innkeepers do not enter rooms unless it is requested by guests. Please get in touch if you need any items, or service, during your stay. (Cleanings will be scheduled in advance for longer stays.)
Use of laundry facilities available upon request.
Sorry, the Black Squirrel is NOT handicap accessible. We will make every effort to accommodate everyone. If you have special issues, please call/email to discuss.
Traveling with small children or pets?? The inn is filled with lots of old furniture and antiques which may not be appropriate for everyone. Please call/email to discuss your group’s needs.
Long-term/Whole-house rates available.
All reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled with 100% refunds at anytime, if your plans should need to change for any reason.
